Grundsätze der Verwendung von Cookies

Auf der Webseite www.astratex.at (nachfolgend auch nur „Webseite“ genannt) setzen wir sog. Cookies ein. In diesen Grundsätzen können Sie die Verwendung von Cookies lesen, welche Cookies wir verwenden, warum wir sie verwenden und wie Sie deren Verwendung verbieten können.
1. Was sind Cookies?

3. Welche Cookies nutzen wir konkret und auf welche Art und Weise?
Astratex verwendet für die oben genannten Zwecke sowohl eigene Cookies als auch Cookies Dritter. Astratex zeigt Ihnen seine Werbung auch auf Webseiten und Apps Dritter. Google Analytics nutzen wir diesbezüglich, um festzustellen, ob die Werbung tatsächlich auf Sie zugeschnitten ist. Zu diesem Zweck bewerten wir die Interaktionen, die nach dem Anklicken der Werbung stattgefunden haben und welche Ergebnisse diese Werbung hatte. Diese Ergebnisse helfen uns anschließend die Werbung besser zu personalisieren. Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung ist Ihre Einwilligung.

Astratex nutzt den Dienst Facebook Pixel und teilt in diesem Zusammenhang einige Ihrer Interaktionen mit Astratex (z.B. Produktdarstellungen, Einkäufe), um Ihnen Anzeigen, gezielte Werbung auf den Plattformen Facebook, Instagram, Messenger oder WhatsApp anzuzeigen und anzupassen, sowie zur Auswertung und Optimierung dieser Werbung. Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung ist Ihre Einwilligung.
Bearbeiter ist Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour Dublin 2 Ireland. Die Daten können im Rahmen dieses Dienstes an die Vereinigten Staaten übermittelt werden.
